Professional Summary

We are independent professionals focusing on organizational strategy, change management, performance improvement and process improvement projects. With over 20 years of experience in this area, we have worked with major organizations throughout the US, and across a variety of industries including lighting, electronic, automotive and, manufacturing. We have helped clients in various ways, including defining, managing, facilitating and coaching large process change, and performance improvement programs. While the majority of our clients have been major corporations, we also have experience working with family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations that are facing specific issues or transitions.
